That's one of the more frustrating losses I've experienced. We could never get over the hump. Too many walks allowed. That's usually what our opponents say. It took me 3 glances at the box score before I finally realized Simba was 5-for-5. Despite the poor pitching in this game, I'd have to say our hitting is our biggest problem: We have 4 regulars - Dawson, Kranepool, Speier, and Luzinski - batting under .200. (Notice I unintentionally forgot to refer to the last guy as Bull - that's telling.) Next, a 1-game "series" at 1st place Marshallton with Lefty going for us. Time to get serious.
