4/25/77: Carlton Pitches Lionville to 6-1 Victory Over Marshallton

Tiger-Cats manager Jon Brams:

Lefty and Andre Dawson led us to this win. Lefty allowed just 3 hits over 8 innings and struck out 7, though he had control issues (6 walks). Andre threw out Office at the plate in the 1st - that would have tied the game. Then he homered in the 3rd and made a brilliant play in the 9th to rob Cey of extra bases with 2 men on base. A rather low-stress win - haven't had many of those so far.
