6/2/76: Speier, Luzinski Rally Lionville to 11-6 Victory Over Marshallton

Plenty of heroes tonight - Speier, Sambito, and Bull were the biggest. I was really surprised, happily so, that John Young didn't give Richard a little bit looser leash. Kison was awful but Dawson got him off the hook with that homer off Todd in the 5th to tie it for the 2nd time. In the 6th, after Simba puts us ahead for the first time driving in Joe with 2 out, Morales greets Jones with a single and then comes the Bull - boom! 6 of our 12 hits went for extra bases. Can't forget Bull kicking off that 4th with a double to start the avalanche. Meanwhile, Sambito was dealing! Maybe when I mention Joe in these comments, it's going to start meaning Sambito instead of Morgan. Now we have a big 4-game series here with Eagle. Hopefully, most of the fireworks will be ours.
