Ron Reed! Wow, what a great outing as Hooton's replacement in the rotation. I'll be hoping for a repeat later in the week. Good display of power by Reitz, Dawson, and Morales. It's too bad Holdsworth gave up that dinger to Hebner with 2 out in the 9th to ruin the shutout. That's 2 games in a row we've thrown gopher balls to the last hope for the other guys. Fortunately tonight it didn't - pretty much couldn't - hurt us. Good to dominate for a change.
