The long ball generated all of our runs tonight - Simba, Wynn, and Reitz. Lefty goes all the way - allows only 5 hits. He has a nice streak going. He struck out Kingman a couple times on wicked pitches. Eagle walked off Marshallton thanks to Dick Allen so our lead is up to 15 games - a new high-water mark. Poor Jim Kaat loses his 20th for Guthriesville. Ouch! What is Gary Scott doing? This was the 2nd time this month he's started Kaat on less than 3 days rest. Doesn't he have any prospects he can throw out there?
