Seaver was ripe for the picking - he was struggling with his control - but we couldn't get it done. Lefty pitched well enough to win - 11 strikeouts - but he made the one mistake hanging one up there for Boone. Pretty impressive when you make it into the 6th week of the season before one of your top two aces gets a loss.
